We are proud to be members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, an organisation which aims to foster high standards in the workmanship of and service provided by its members. The Guild acts as an impartial third party offering a conciliation service to its members' customers in the event of a dispute; the Guild will also appoint another Flooring Contractor to rectify defects if a member company is no longer around. Not that we are going anywhere, but you don't know us yet - and although we offer complete peace of mind, it's good to know that this promise is backed up by our membership of the Guild.
